Ordering & Shipping


Do you ship to my country?
At the moment, we ship almost worldwide. ( if not sure, please contact us at info@everly-yours.com )

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail with tracking no.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For custom personalized orders, orders’ production and process time will be 7 – 14 business days, and deliveries take 7-10 business days (average).  Please expect a 14 – 24 business days for both processing and delivery.

 For non-personalized orders (items pre-made), orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 2-4 business days after being processed. Deliveries take 7-10 business days (average).  So please expect a 10 - 16 business days for both processing and delivery. 

  • Processing(Production/Fulfillment) Time + Deliveries (Transit) Time = Estimated Arrival Date
  • Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.

Shipping

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items. We will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times. Rest assured, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package we ship.

U.S. Shipping Times

Once created, your item(s) are passed over to our shipping partners. who have the following estimated shipping times based on your chosen method:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from shipping date
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed, and not every country has expedited offered) from shipping date.

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout. Expedited shipping only applies after your order has been produced. It ensures a faster shipping time but does not affect the time needed for production/fulfillment.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Return & Exchange


Can I return/exchange my order?

Happy customer is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-personalized items to be returned for original item amount or store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery receipt which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Store credits will never be expired. 


If you have not exceeded the timeframe, your order can be returned/exchanged. For more detailed information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible. Once the order is confirmed into our system, each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within 1 hour of ordering – please contact us here for delivery address change : info@everly-yours.com

Where is my order?
We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

If you have not received an Order Confirmation email please check your Spam/Promotions folder within your email provider. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.

 

Why is my package delayed?


We ship parcels all over the world.  During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, EverlyYours will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, carrier own issues, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Why do I need to pay customs duty? (for International Customers)

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel if you parcel were decided to be charged import tax by your country. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from abroad.

I didn't pay the customs duty/I wrote my address wrong, so my package was returned. What happens now?

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

At EveryYours, we offer a delivery fixed delivery fee(according to world zone) for orders under US$49, and free delivery for orders of US$49 and above. However, we incur shipping costs ranging from $6 - $25, depending on the size and weight of the package. In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the carrier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
